This weekend, you can watch our staff demonstrate how to make sauerkraut. The process involves shredding cabbage, salting it, stomping it in a barrel, and then allowing it to ferment for 4-6 weeks.

Saffron Experience- Coastal Grove Farm
Coastal Grove FarmRunning daily Oct 18-Oct 30. Learn about how saffron is grown and processed. A group of up to 6 people arrive at 10am. Harvest saffron flowers, separate the spice from the flower, dry the spice while learning about saffron growing.
